Delivery

The Baggery UK delivery zones

All orders (with the exception of deliveries to the Channel Islands and Southern Ireland) will be delivered using Inkerlink Express / DPD.  As soon as your order is dispatched a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you so that you can track your delivery at any time.  In order for us to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address with postcode and contact telephone number.  Please note that we cannot accept PO Box addresses as a valid delivery address.

We regret that we cannot currently accept on-line orders for delivery outside the UK however we do accept international billing addresses for payment on orders for delivery within the UK.  Please contact us prior to ordering if you are interested in international delivery so that we can quote you on a bespoke basis.

As well as our dispatch centre The Baggery Ltd. has multiple stock locations and therefore on occasion may need to move stock to alternative sites.  In this case we cannot guarantee the next day delivery service however we will always contact you so that you are aware of the progression of your order.  We endeavour to deliver your order on the next working day (zones 2 & 3 only) between 9am - 5pm provided that we receive your order before midday.  Orders received after midday will be delivered within 2 working days (zones 2 & 3 only).  Any orders received after midday on a Friday, over the weekend and before midday on a Monday should be delivered on the next Tuesday (zones 2 & 3 only) between 9am - 5pm.

If there is no one available to accept your order at the premises address a card will be left for you advising that we have attempted delivery.  Please contact the courier to (a) arrange a redelivery free of charge for a time that is convenient to you or (b) arrange collection from the nearest courier depot.

All delivery charges are shown excluding VAT - 20.00% will be added to any delivery charge upon checkout.

ZONES 2 & 3

Orders £100.00 and over (excl. VAT)
Orders received before midday of £100.00 and over (excl. VAT) will be delivered next working day (9am - 5pm) free of charge.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 2 working days.

Orders under £100.00 (excl. VAT)
Orders received before midday under £100.00 (excl. VAT) will be subject to a carriage charge of £6.00 and will be delivered next working day (9am - 5pm).  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 2 working days - the same charges still apply.

Premium Delivery (Zone 2 ONLY)
For orders received for delivery in Zone 2, The Baggery Ltd. are able to offer a guaranteed next day timed delivery service and/or Saturday delivery if received before midday.  All the charges listed below for our premium services are inclusive and will not incur any additional costs.

Next Day Timed Delivery Service charges:

            Orders £100.00 and over (excl.VAT)
            Next day before 10.30am          £15.00
            Next day before 12noon            £10.00 

            Orders under £100.00 (excl. VAT)
            Next day before 10.30am          £23.00
            Next day before 12noon            £18.00 

Saturday Delivery Service charges (for delivery 9am - 5pm):

            Orders £100.00 and over (excl.VAT)   -           £15.00
            Orders under £100.00 (excl. VAT)       -           £23.00

Please note that if the delivery service requested is for a next day timed delivery on a Saturday, the Next Day Timed Delivery charge (as above) and Saturday Delivery charge (as above) will both be added to your total carriage cost.

ZONE 4

Orders £100.00 and over (excl. VAT)
Orders received before midday of £100.00 and over (excl. VAT) will be delivered within 2-3 working days (9am - 5pm) with the carriage charge of £11.00.  This charge is subject to the consignment not exceeding 10kg.  If the consignment does exceed 10kg there will be an additional charge of 0.79p/kg for every kg thereafter.  In the event that your consignment does exceed this 10kg limit you will be contacted before final payment is taken and your order dispatched.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days - the same charges still apply. 

Orders under £100.00 (excl. VAT)
Orders received before midday of under £100.00 (excl. VAT) will be subject to a carriage charge of £23.00 and will be delivered within 2-3 working days (9am - 5pm).  This charge is subject to the consignment not exceeding 10kg.  If the consignment does exceed 10kg there will be an additional charge of 0.79p/kg for every kg thereafter.  In the event that your consignment does exceed this 10kg limit you will be contacted before final payment is taken and your order dispatched.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days - the same charges still apply.

ZONE 5

Orders £100.00 and over (excl. VAT)
Orders received before midday of £100.00 and over (excl. VAT) will be delivered within 2-3 working days (9am - 5pm) with the carriage charge of £16.00.  This charge is subject to the consignment not exceeding 10kg.  If the consignment does exceed 10kg there will be an additional charge of 0.85p/kg for every kg thereafter.  In the event that your consignment does exceed this 10kg limit you will be contacted before final payment is taken and your order dispatched.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days - the same charges still apply.

Orders under £100.00 (excl. VAT)
Orders placed before midday of under £100.00 (excl. VAT) will be subject to a carriage charge of £25.00 and will be delivered within 2-3 working days (9am - 5pm).  This charge is subject to the consignment not exceeding 10kg.  If the consignment does exceed 10kg there will be an additional charge of 0.85p/kg for every kg thereafter.  In the event that your consignment does exceed this 10kg limit you will be contacted before final payment is taken and your order dispatched.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days - the same charges still apply.

ISLE OF WIGHT

Orders £100.00 and over (excl. VAT)
Orders placed before midday of £100.00 and over (excl. VAT) will be delivered next working day with the carriage charge of £16.00.  This charge is subject to the consignment not exceeding 10kg.  If the consignment does exceed 10kg there will be an additional charge of 0.75p/kg for every kg thereafter.  In the event that your consignment does exceed this 10kg limit you will be contacted before final payment is taken and your order dispatched.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 2 working days - the same charges still apply.

Orders under £100.00 (excl. VAT)
Orders placed before midday of under £100.00 (excl. VAT) will be subject to a carriage charge of £22.00 and will be delivered next working day.  This charge is subject to the consignment not exceeding 10kg.  If the consignment does exceed 10kg there will be an additional charge of 0.75p/kg for every kg thereafter.  In the event that your consignment does exceed this 10kg limit you will be contacted before final payment is taken and your order dispatched.  If received after midday your order will be delivered within 2 working days - the same charges still apply.

Saturday deliveries to the Isle of Wight can be made by special arrangement and will incur an additional carriage charge to that listed above.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss this service.

CHANNEL ISLANDS and SOUTHERN IRELAND

Please contact us if you require your order to be delivered to the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland.  We do not offer this service as part of our standard delivery terms however we can quote you on a bespoke basis.


Damaged Goods:
In the event that your order is delivered in a damaged state you must sign for your goods as ‘damaged' and contact us within 3 working days.  We will endeavour to meet your requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible for the return of the damaged goods and/or replacement.  If the damaged goods are not signed for as ‘damaged' you must contact us before midday on the next working day after delivery otherwise we cannot accept your goods as damaged and no further action can be taken.

Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods that you receive please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.  We will endeavour to meet your requirements however the return of undamaged goods will incur an additional carriage charge.  If the goods are returned to us undamaged/unused in their original packaging and remain in a suitable condition for resale a refund will be issued (excluding any return carriage charges).  Any returns that are received by us in a condition The Baggery Ltd. deem unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for return and/or refund.  Products that are returned used will only be refunded if they have a manufacturing defect.  The Baggery Ltd. takes no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to returned goods in transit and the unsatisfactory/unsecure packing by the customer.  Please remember to retain a proof of return from the courier as The Baggery Ltd. cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.  Your statuary rights are not affected.

Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects to your order upon delivery and we are liable for the claim, we can at our option make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge. Alternatively, we may refund the price of the goods in question to you. The decision of which will be at our discretion. If delivery is not refused and you do not notify The Baggery Ltd. accordingly, The Baggery Ltd. shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the goods.

You have a right to cancel your order with The Baggery Ltd. within 7 working days of receiving your purchase.  Please notify us in writing within this seven day period if you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s).  We will be happy to offer you a full refund including any carriage charges incurred.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Refunds:
All refunds will only be issued to the card that was used to purchase the goods and will exclude any return carriage charges, if applicable.  Please note that card refunds can take up to 14 working days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

General Delivery Terms and Conditions:
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and The Baggery Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products howsoever caused.

Goods must be signed for at the delivery address by the customer or by any other person nominated by the customer who is over 18 years of age. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any person nominated is over 18 years old. Under no circumstances will goods be left unattended, for example in a customer's garage or with any person thought to be under the age of 18 years of age.

Please note that glassware is not covered by insurance while in transit.  The Baggery Ltd. will ensure sufficient and secure packing of any such goods and will not be held responsible for any damages/breakages from the point of dispatch.

The Baggery Ltd. does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or broken in transit by FedEx and/or the chosen courier service.
The Baggery Ltd. does not take responsibility for the product(s) not being to the customer's exact liking.
The Baggery Ltd. does not take responsibility for products reaching a sub-standard level due to package tampering and/or delivery confusion or absence of recipient.
Ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person.  The Baggery Ltd. takes no responsibility for any damage and/or loss to the goods from the time of receipted delivery.
